• "No phones" challenge from 10am-4pm - bring a book, take a bath, journal, meditate, etc. DISCONNECT!!! 
• Me Time morning routines each day starting at 10am, exercises and agenda attuned to learning more about yourself, your connections, your needs, and your relationships
• Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast, lunch, and dinners supplied in the house
