Ashli Pollard Corp dba Team AP Consulting Tulum Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Retreat Dates and Location:
This retreat is scheduled for February 2025 in Tulum, Mexico. The exact dates and location will be provided to registered participants closer to the retreat date and are subject to change if necessary.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Payment Terms: Participants may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or opt for a six-month payment plan. All payments must be completed by the start of the retreat.
Cancellation and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to family emergencies, lack of passport, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions:

Included in the Retreat Package:
Four nights of accommodations.
Shuttle service to and from the airport.
Meals provided at the retreat house.
Drinks and snacks at the retreat house.
Activities, including a yacht excursion.
Speakers and personal exercises.
Not Included in the Retreat Package:
Airfare.
Personal expenses.
Uber or other personal transportation.
Personal spending.
Additional services such as massages, shopping, and meals outside of the retreat house.
4. Health and Safety:

Insurance: We highly recommend that all participants obtain their own health and travel insurance. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise concerning health or travel insurance.
Health and Safety Requirements: Participants should not attend the retreat if they are sick. A COVID-19 test will be required one week prior to the retreat. We reserve the right to deny entry to any participant who does not comply with this requirement or who appears to be ill.
5. Conduct and Behavior:
Participants are expected to be open and kind to others. While all scheduled activities and agenda items are optional, we encourage full participation to maximize the retreat experience.

6. Liability and Waivers:

Liability Disclaimer: We are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or other liabilities incurred by participants during the retreat. Participants are fully responsible for any damages they cause to the Airbnb property and must cover the costs of repairs or replacements.
Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions. This includes, but is not limited to, covering any costs associated with personal injury, legal issues, or other incidents. Participants will be required to sign additional waivers releasing us from any liability.
7. Photography and Media Consent:

Photography and Videography: We will be taking photos and videos during the retreat. These may be used on our website, marketing materials, social media, and other promotional platforms.
Consent: By participating in the retreat, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you agree to the use of your likeness in our promotional materials.
8. Testimonials:

Use of Testimonials: Any positive remarks or feedback given by participants during or after the retreat may be used as testimonials. These testimonials may be used in our marketing materials, on our website, social media, and other promotional platforms.
Consent: By participating in the retreat, you agree to allow us to use any positive feedback you provide for promotional purposes.
9. Agreement to Terms:
By registering for this retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your participation signifies your acceptance of all the policies and requirements outlined above.
